Bill Bymel
Mr. Bymel focuses his practice on developmental site selection in Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties. He has extensive experience initiating and negotiating retail and restaurant leases both in shopping centers and on vacant land throughout South Florida.
In his brief tenure with RSI, Mr. Bymel has developed a track record for excellence and integrity. His clients include numerous national tenants and REITs as well as local developers and land owners. He has also been involved in a number of 1031 exchanges with buyers from around the United States.
Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Bymel served as the Qualifying Broker of a residential real estate firm in Fort Lauderdale. In that capacity, he hired, trained, and managed an office of more than thirty associates.
Mr. Bymel’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements. He is familiar with construction, design, zoning, and land use matters.
Bill is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CCIM, NNNex, National and Florida Boards of Realtors. Bill graduated with a B.F.A from New York University.
