Robert Moffie
Mr. Moffie recently joined RSIAM, LLC as Director of Asset Management. He has over 25 years experience in all facets of property management from residential to commercial real estate. In addition to representing private owners, Mr.Moffie managed properties for institutional owners such as UBS and Morgan Stanley in Florida and Ohio during his tenure CB Richard Ellis. He has extensive knowledge in property maintenance, tenant relations and retention, leasing, budgeting and financial reporting that tailors to each individual owner’s needs.
The RSIAM Team brings a unique approach to Property Management where the Owners and Tenants are viewed as partners.
Bob received an M.B.A. from The University of Connecticut, a B.S. in Economics for Youngstown State University in Ohio, and an A.S. in Accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, MA. Bob has extensive knowledge of the South Florida region having grown up in the area.
