Mr. Nathan A. Werner is President and Broker of both Restaurant Sites, Inc and Retail Sites, Inc. He graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities. He joined Restaurant Sites, Inc in March, 1977 and formed Retail Sites International, Inc in 1983 with founding partners Murray Werner and Stan Bell (both now deceased).

 

Nathan Werner has exclusively represented Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Seasons 52, Red Lobster, Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill, Bahama Breeze, Eddie V's, Cheddars, Long Horn) since joining RSI in 1977. He is a long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

 

Mr. Werner has held a real estate Broker’s License in the State of Florida since 1980. He has significant expertise and experience with contract and lease negotiation; market surveys and demographics; site selection and negotiation process for all forms of commercial retail and restaurant brokerage including outparcel sales and leases; in-line retail leasing; sale of undeveloped land of all sizes to build-to-suit, shopping center and mixed use developers; and the sale of existing, net leased and improved properties and 1031 sales and exchanges.

 

Mr. Werner has also served as consultant to different county agencies and retail and restaurant companies over the years, providing advice and serving as an expert witness.

Mr. Bymel focuses his practice on developmental site selection in Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties. He has extensive experience initiating and negotiating retail and restaurant leases both in shopping centers and on vacant land throughout South Florida.

 

In his tenure with RSI, Mr. Bymel has developed a track record for excellence and integrity. His clients include numerous national tenants and REITs as well as local developers and land owners. He has also been involved in a number of 1031 exchanges with buyers from around the United States.

Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Bymel served as the Qualifying Broker of a residential real estate firm in Fort Lauderdale. In that capacity, he hired, trained, and managed an office of more than thirty associates.

Mr. Bymel’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements. He is familiar with construction, design, zoning, and land use matters.

Bill is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CCIM, NNNex, National and Florida Boards of Realtors. Bill graduated with a B.F.A from New York University.

Paul Werner was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has immense pride in the development and progress of the city he was raised in. Since he started his career in real estate he has made it his mission to know as much as possible about projects being developed and operating in South Florida.

 

During Paul's time with RSI, he has specialized in tenant representation. He handles himself with loyalty to his clients and makes them his first priority. His clients include numerous national tenants, local developers, franchisees, small business owners as well as landowners. He has also been involved in a number of 1031 exchanges with buyers from around the United States.

Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Werner attended the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida.
