RSI is comprised of two commercial real estate brokerage companies known internationally since 1976, as Restaurant Sites, Inc. and as Retail Sites International, Inc. The Personnel of both Retail Sites International, Inc. and Restaurant Sites, Inc. have extensive experience in all phases of retail and restaurant brokerage “and Tenant Representation” including: sales; leases; sale lease backs; 1031 exchanges; market surveys; demographics; zoning and utility information; traffic counts; and competition maps.
For over “forty” years the brokers and staff of RSI have exhibited a unique expertise in site location and selection work, and Tenant Representation, for national, regional and local retail and restaurant companies.
In addition, RSI provides in depth services to real estate and shopping center developers and builders, assisting in every aspect of site procurement from initial market surveys through “site identification, purchase and acquisition, and anchor and local retail and restaurant leasing.”

Mr. Nathan A. Werner is President and Broker of both Restaurant Sites, Inc and Retail Sites, Inc. He graduated from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Humanities. He joined Restaurant Sites, Inc in March, 1977 and formed Retail Sites International, Inc in 1983 with founding partners Murray Werner and Stan Bell (both now deceased).
Nathan Werner has exclusively represented Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden, Seasons 52, Red Lobster, Smokey Bones Barbeque and Grill, Bahama Breeze) since joining RSI in 1977. He is a long standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Mr. Werner has held a real estate Broker’s License in the State of Florida since 1980. He has significant expertise and experience with contract and lease negotiation; market surveys and demographics; site selection and negotiation process for all forms of commercial retail and restaurant brokerage including outparcel sales and leases; in-line retail leasing; sale of undeveloped land of all sizes to build-to-suit, shopping center and mixed use developers; and the sale of existing, net leased and improved properties and 1031 sales and exchanges.
Mr. Werner has also served as consultant to different county agencies and retail and restaurant companies over the years, providing advice and serving as an expert witness.
Mr. Bymel focuses his practice on developmental site selection in Palm Beach, Martin and Saint Lucie Counties. He has extensive experience initiating and negotiating retail and restaurant leases both in shopping centers and on vacant land throughout South Florida.
In his tenure with RSI, Mr. Bymel has developed a track record for excellence and integrity. His clients include numerous national tenants and REITs as well as local developers and land owners. He has also been involved in a number of 1031 exchanges with buyers from around the United States.
Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Bymel served as the Qualifying Broker of a residential real estate firm in Fort Lauderdale. In that capacity, he hired, trained, and managed an office of more than thirty associates.
Mr. Bymel’s experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, and lease agreements. He is familiar with construction, design, zoning, and land use matters.
Bill is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CCIM, NNNex, National and Florida Boards of Realtors. Bill graduated with a B.F.A from New York University.

Paul Werner was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has immense pride in the development and progress of the city he was raised in. Since he started his career in real estate he has made it his mission to know as much as possible about projects being developed and operating in South Florida.
During Paul's time with RSI, he has specialized in tenant representation. He handles himself with loyalty to his clients and makes them his first priority. His clients include numerous national tenants, local developers, franchisees, small business owners as well as landowners. He has also been involved in a number of 1031 exchanges with buyers from around the United States.
Prior to joining RSI, Mr. Werner attended the University of South Florida in Tampa Florida.

Carol Ann Heinrich
Carol Ann Heinrich was invited to join the RSI family in 1980. Her prior experience was in both residential and commercial real estate. The opportunity at RSI afforded her the advantage to specialize in restaurant and retail site procurement. Carol Ann immediately achieved her Broker status and her notary license while actually working at RSI. With the focus on site acquisitions involving sales, rentals and building conversions she grew a list of clientele as follows:

Carol Ann’s acumen for this specialty consists of planning and zoning knowledge, land use, concurrency, platting special exceptions and variances all pertaining to the customers needs. Ari Meltzer has been active in real estate since 2002. He is
Managing Partner in numerous notable development and value- add projects around the state of Florida with a total asset value in
excess of $500M. Projects include student housing, retail, mixed use, senior living developments, condo conversions, and
multifamily value-add redevelopments.
Ari focuses on investment strategies rooted in property-level operational enhancements as well as those with pricing advantages that arise from distressed, complex and dislocated
scenarios. He is a proud father of 10-year-old triplets and enjoys spending time with his family in South Florida. Ari is a graduate of the University of Florida and native of the Aventura-Miami area.
Sunny Chen graduated from University of Delaware with Master Degrees in both Computer Science and Public Policy. After graduation, she began her career working in a top financial firm for 15 years. In 2015, she switched her career into the commercial real estate field. She has been accumulating and expanding both her experience and knowledge in this field since then. In September, 2021 she became a CCIM Designee and received her CCIM pin.
In the Commercial Real Estate field, Sunny mainly represents clients seeking spaces to lease or properties for purchase. She has a very diversified client base, everything from national restaurant chains and corporations to private investors. In 2021 alone, Sunny signed more than 10 commercial transactions for her clients.
Ms. Chen is very strong at quantitative analysis skills, so she can analyze key financial performance metrics and convey those clearly to her clients. In addition, she is very good at drafting and negotiating commercial lease and purchase agreements. Last but not the least, Ms Chen is reliable, a person of great integrity and widely respected for her efficiency.
Director of Communications
Beverly Garcia attended Florida Atlantic University, which is where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Multimedia Journalism with a focus in Broadcasting. She also has a degree in Journalism and mass communications. Beverly has completed internships at MTV Tr3s and iHeart Radio's Y-100.
Beverly previously worked as a contributor for DISfunkshion Magazine, a high-fashion publication that is distributed worldwide. She was also a writer for My City Eats Magazine, the content editor of HypeGirls.com and the host of Owl Radio's “The Scoop.” Beverly is currently the director of communication at RSI. She focuses her attention on social media and the RSI website.
